Shipping Policy
- FREE Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above INR 599.
- Shipping Charges: For orders equal to or below INR 599, there are shipping charges of INR 80 for Cash on Delivery and INR 60 for Prepaid.
- Free Shipping: Orders above INR 599 qualify for free shipping across all of India.
- Batch IDs: Please note that the batch IDs of the product may differ based on stock, but rest assured, all products are 100% authentic.
- Estimated Delivery Times: While we provide estimated delivery times, there may be occasional, unforeseeable delays beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive updates on your shipment tracking status.
Note: For the purpose of providing the Services and other identified purposes in this Policy, Koncept Skin will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. Koncept Skin is committed to protecting the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions to maintain its confidentiality.
Cancellations and Refunds
Damages: In the event that you receive a damaged product, you must create an unboxing video as evidence and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. Please note that this complaint must be raised within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Koncept Skin is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Authenticity: At Koncept Skin, we assure our customers that all our products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized vendors. We take every precaution to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Our products are labeled with barcodes, batch numbers, and detailed information, allowing us to trace the source and quality of each product, ensuring our customers receive only the finest.
Cancellation before Shipment: If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel has not been shipped, you can contact us at konceptskin@icloud.com or call us at +91 99496 66565 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been processed by us. Please note that once the shipment is dispatched or the tracking number is updated, we cannot cancel the order.
Cancellation Post-Shipment: Cancellation cannot be done after the shipment has been dispatched, as we use third-party courier partners. Any delivery queries or issues will be escalated to the courier partner, and it is not possible from our side to cancel the order.
Cancellation Due to Returned Shipment: If your shipment is returned due to any rejection by the courier or our customer, the cancellation will be done automatically, and the amount will be refunded automatically. Please note that if you have cancelled an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner from our end, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they may still attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer an easy return policy for our customers. Returns can be initiated in the case of receiving a wrong or damaged product(s). You can raise a return request within 5 business days of receiving your order. We also accept partial returns of the order, allowing you to raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Replacement Request: If you request a replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock, and a fee of INR 150 will be charged for re-shipping of the replaced products. If the product is not eligible for replacement, your total order amount will be refunded after deducting INR 300.
Return or Exchange Process
- Contact us at konceptskin@icloud.com or call us at +91 99496 66565 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri) within 5 days of receiving your order to raise a return request.
- Provide your order ID and email images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers if you wish to return your product(s).
- Provide an unboxing video of the products received with Koncept Skin seal/tape visible in the video in case of a return.
- We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days and initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Please note that any damaged product will be shipped to the vendor for investigation to identify any issues with the product or packaging that may have contributed to the damage.
- For COD orders, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund, which may take up to 7 days to reflect in the bank account.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Our goal is to provide high-quality products and exceptional service, and we will do our best to address any issues that arise.
Additional Information
- Expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
- A charge of INR 150 will apply for shipping and pickup in case of an exchange.
- INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount for returns of non-damaged and correct products.
- Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
- All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery.
- Koncept Skin reserves the right to change the policy without prior notice.
